GP Agarwal Group — People, Purpose, Platform: a cohesive UX strategy for a diversified enterprise GP

The problem

Several distinct businesses under one group, and no cohesive digital presence. The result was fragmented narratives and missed engagement with partners, talent and stakeholders.

The approach

Stakeholder interviews across leadership, HR and operations surfaced the real goals: IPO-readiness, community engagement, and attracting talent. We mapped benchmark conglomerates for architecture and tone, then built personas for the audiences that actually matter here — vendors, job seekers, ESG partners and media.

The build

A UX-first digital platform carrying the group's business depth, legacy and sustainability commitments, designed to scale as the group does and to hold up under IPO-level scrutiny.

The result

One centralised ecosystem in place of scattered narratives, built to communicate credibility and community impact to every audience at once.
